Amy Kennedy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Amy became a registered dietitian after completing her nutrition and dietetic internship at The University of Delaware. Before opening her own business in 2016, Amy has spent the last 16 years providing life changing one-on-one nutrition coaching and interactive group seminars in a wide array of facilities from large medical hospitals to small outpatient nutrition offices to local college campuses. Recently, Amy obtained the Level 1 & 2 Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and the Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Amy grew up in South Jersey as the daughter of a county agricultural agent and biology teacher. When she is not working with private clients, Amy is often cooking for her family or entertaining friends. It was her family and friends that enabled her to adapt recipes, manage picky eaters, establish healthy snacks and meals for a family on the go! Her love of food and teaching has helped her spread this passion to clients throughout the Houston area.
